Having trouble peeling eggs? Here's a simple solution:
Using a sharp knife on a hard surface carefully slice the eggs lengthwise through the shell. Even stubborn eggs will usually just pop out of the remaining half a shell without difficulty at this point. If you're still having trouble, simply use a teaspoon to scoop them out of the shell.
