How To Get Room-Temperature Eggs (For Baking) In A Jiffy

Many baking recipes call for "eggs at room temperature." But what happens if you forget to take the eggs out of the fridge beforehand but need to start the baking process... now!? If you have no time to wait, fill a large bowl with warm water and place your cold eggs into it for 2-3 minutes. Voila! Room-temperature eggs!

Happy baking!!
