How To Make A Healthy Homemade Burger Delicious

If you prefer to make homemade burgers out of a leaner meat such as ground bison or ground turkey, there is a simple and delicious way to moisten your meat without adding a lot of oil. Chop fresh mushrooms finely and sautee on medium heat with a bit of olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute until mushrooms are soft. Let cool and add to raw ground meat (along with a bit of Worcestershire sauce). Blend with your hands and forms your burgers! Grill until fully cooked through. Enjoy!
