Sometimes, you have a need for something sweet and a little salty. Look no further than your cupboard, because you likely have everything you need right there to create a fun snack. Ever make cinnamon toast? Why not try it with popcorn?
Ingredients:
Plain popped popcorn
Melted salted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and set aside. In a very large bowl, toss the popcorn with some melted butter. Measurements don't matter a whole lot, but you don't want to coat the popcorn too much with butter. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon topping over the popcorn, continuing to toss so that it coats the popcorn nicely.
Pour into a bowl to serve and enjoy.
Leftover popcorn topping can be put away in a jar with a lid for another day.
