It's been a particularly tough start to the school year at Casa DeVellis. I know it's going to get better, this is all an adjustment process - but in the interim I think we're in for a couple of rough weeks with Son No. 2.
I just dropped the kids off at school, came home and cried. I make no bones about the fact that I’m sad when my kids go back to school. Yet, I always kind of felt like I was in the minority. Many of my friends are super happy and articles and ads seem to reflect the parent giddily sending the kids off for another year.

Sharon has been with YMC since the very beginning and is now the Senior Writer where she maintains the YMC voice which sounds very similar to the voice in her head.
