I originally wrote this for Katherine Stone's website, Postpartum Progress last year for her third annual Mother's Day Rally. I met Katherine at a conference two years ago while waiting in line at a breakfast buffet.
I met Katherine Stone at BlogHer 2010. We were standing in line waiting to get breakfast at an event and started chatting. Katherine created and runs Post Partum Progress, the most comprehensive and accessible information available on perinatal mental illness for pregnant women and new mothers.
She has essentially made it her life's mission to help mothers with Post Partum Depression get the help they need and let them know they aren't alone.

The Face, The Voice, The Blog!
Sharon came to work at YMC as the YummyMummyClub.ca Coordinator after winning Canada's Yummiest Mummy Contest, a contest based on creativity and not on parenting skills (*whew* wipe beads of sweat from brow).
She is now the Senior Writer and maintains the voice of YMC which sounds very similar to the voice in her head. Being crazy is finally paying off.
