Last night I was chilling on the couch watching P.S. I Love You.
It's about a widow (Hilary Swank) who discovers her late husband, who died of a brain tumour, left her a series of ten messages which he had arranged to have delivered after his death.
It is a cry-worthy movie delivering at least three tear inducing scenes.
But it was when Hilary Swank finally realizes no matter what she does she is alone—he is never coming back, life will never be the same—I lost it. Because it is the moment when Hilary runs to her mother sobbing and her mother opens her arms and holds her while she cries and cries. She is wrapped in her mother's love.
My heart shattered into a million pieces.
P.S. Mom, I love you.
