Pantone recently announced its colour of the year for 2012: Tangerine Tango.
I have to admit that I was not convinced at first, but the more I looked for pictures, the more I fell in love. I am not sure I like it quite as much as last year's colour, but it is refreshing, especially in these cold, dark winter days.
Are you brave enough to splash this bold colour on your walls? I know this pastel girl would not be able to!
For the first time, though, I can see myself using a bright colour like this as an accent colour in my home. I love how it is used for the chairs, florals and art against white in these spaces!
If that still seems like too much, the rich colour of tangerine is beautiful {especially with aqua} for accessories, wrapping paper,stationary and florals.
