Tomorrow is the day I have been waiting for. I have lived with the ugliest kitchen ever for five long years. But tomorrow that is all going to change.
We are getting our new kitchen.
Sure, I have not picked out the counters yet {it’s so hard to choose!} and I need to special order some hardware {I am super picky} but the ugly cabinets are getting torn down.
I think that ignorance is bliss right now because I really have no idea how challenging this will be with my three year old and one year old at home. The thing I worry about the most is nap time. I love nap time. I need nap time. That and the fact that we are hosting Christmas dinner this year. Sure hope it’s ready on time!

I have a basement full of Christmas decorations but that does not stop me from adding to it every year {much to my husband’s dismay}. Here is my wish list for this year:
I really want a wreath like any of these.
Advent calendars are a must have in my house, but I like mine to be pretty. I’d like to add this one from nouveau designs to my collection. It would look so beautiful framed.
I would love to buy my son this bedding from Pottery Barn. I just think it is so sweet {just like him}.
Also at the top of my wish list is a small vintage cast iron tree stand for a table top tree like my mom has every year.
I really love these cushions and they would look perfect on the bench in my front hallway. Feel free to tell my husband.
