So, I decided to really enjoy the last days before the back-to-school routine kicks in and the one-pot oven meals and slow cooker season begins. Here is my ultimate late summer menu:
Valentine's Day was always celebrated in my house as a kid. My mom, who was an "ahead of her time" Yummy Mummy, would put a Valentine's card and a special treat on our breakfast plate on Valentine's morning. I will never forget the beautiful red hearts and messages of love—it made us feel so special! Of course, I do this at home now with my daughter.
