Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC), Mexico's Consumer Protection Federal Agency (PROFECO) and Graco Children’s Products Inc. have recalled the following models* of Graco single strollers and travel systems, as the folding hinges can pinch a child's fingers, causing a laceration or amputation hazard:

Parts within the removable red whistle may detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
While no incidents have been reported to Health Canada, two children (a 13-year-old boy and three-year-old girl) climbed inside the chairs and died after inhaling its foam beads.
Testing revealed that the product doesn't comply with safety performance requirements under ASTM F 1838-98 (Standard Performance Requirements for Child's Plastic Chairs for Outdoor Use).
The top rail, as well as slats and spindles, may detach, posing a potential entrapment hazard to an infant. While four incidents were reported involving detached rail/spindles, no injuries were sustained.
