Now that it's November, there is no denying it. Summer is indeed behind us, and winter is here. Although I'm not one to fully embrace winter and the cold that comes with it, I do have a thing for winter clothes... from the boots to the tights to the sweaters, and, of course, the coats.
Last week, I was invited to attend the Tommee Tippee launch in New York City. I left with a serious case of baby fever, and was reminded of how much I just love NYC!
Tommee Tippee, in case you don't know, is the number one brand of infant and toddler products in Great Britain, and is now in stores across North America, soon to be a number-one hit with moms here too, no doubt. My best friend has already stocked up on everything Tommee Tippee for her youngest baby!

A few weeks ago I was featured in The Ottawa Citizen as one of six of the city's top fashion bloggers. This was a huge honour for me, especially because I was in such good company with women I think are quite fashionable in the nation's capital.
BlissDom Canada is just around the corner, literally - by Thursday of this week, we'll all be in Toronto attending one of the biggest blogging and social media conferences in Canada.

As much as I love to shop, I'm not a huge fan of shopping online. Unless, of course, the website I'm on looks good, is easy to navigate, and offers me unique, high quality items that I love.
The thing I love the most about shopping for jewellery is that no matter what, it always fits. Unlike clothes, which can sometimes be not so fun to shop for because you've gained a pound or two and things are fitting tightly. Nope, with jewellery, it's always the right fit. Always the right size.
I love being the mom of boys. Little boys are so special and sweet, and with my boys, I learn something new every day. Like the difference between a backhoe and a bulldozer.
This past weekend, I turned 35. Rather than get upset about turning another year older, I was thankful. Thankful to be 35, and thankful to be celebrating with my entire family: my husband, my children, my parents, and my sister and her family.

Loukia used to work in television and radio as a news writer and on-air reporter, and completed internships at CBS TV in Washington D.C. and Entertainment Tonight in Hollywood, California.
