I am an adventurous girl when it comes to nails. I go from light pink, to hot pink. Okay, I'm kidding—I'm not adventurous at all when it comes to my nails, and I am not sure why—after all, no matter how crazy I get, it's not as if it's a lasting effect, right? A little nail polish remover, and we're right where we started from.
Have you heard of Tieks? They're my new favourite thing. They're adorable, incredibly comfortable, and come in a dizzying amount of beautiful colours. Warning—it will take you hours to select which pair you are going to buy, and don't blame me if you end up buying more than one pair. After all, these flats will certainly become a staple in your wardrobe. These are my new must-have shoes.
I'm purse obsessed. You know how Carrie Bradshaw loved shoes? That's how I feel about a gorgeous bag. I mean, I started crying when I received a Fendi for my birthday several years ago. I get the same feeling of excitement every time I add a new purse to my collection. The thing about a nice, quality-made handbag is that it'll last for years. And years. (And years!) The purse I use almost every single day? My Louis Vuitton Speedy. It's been through everything with me. Since I'm a mom of two, you'll often find items belonging to my children in it, too.

Loukia is the busy mom of two little boys who has been blogging for five years. She loves to spend her spare time with her children and when she's not playing at the park, reading to her boys, or eating Goldfish crackers off the floor, she is usually shopping.

Loukia covers fashion, shopping and entertainment events in Ottawa, Toronto, and New York City such as Ottawa Fashion Week, TIFF, the Tommee Tippee launch in NYC, and the ShopWise event in Toronto.
Loukia used to work in television and radio as a news writer and on-air reporter, and completed internships at CBS TV in Washington D.C. and Entertainment Tonight in Hollywood, California.
