Sigh. You knew this would happen, didn’t you? Lindsay Lohan, who last week was sentenced to 30 days in jail for probation violation, reported to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA last night at 8:48PM PST to begin serving that sentence. She was released less than 5 hours later. I’d say that 5 hours in jail beats 30 days of house arrest any day.

OK so here’s a shocker, after 72 days of marriage Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from her husband Kris Humphries. Because apparently a 10 million dollar wedding can’t buy you happiness after all, or at least it can’t buy you the kind of fame and fortune that you thought it would.

Halloween is just a few days away but this is the weekend that will be filled with all the parties. If you’re still struggling with what to dress up as and are tired of the usual ‘witch’ and ‘devil’ look maybe these celebs can give you a bit of inspiration.

Well the countdown is on to Halloween and so is the pressure to get the perfect costume for your little one! This year I will have one skeleton, two vampires and one pirate girl to get ready. I thank hand me-downs and Value Village for pulling together our looks this year. But, if you’re still on the fence about what your little one will be for Halloween, have a look at these adorable celebrity kids and get some inspiration!
The second year of Blissdom Canada is over and a great time (I think) was had by all. I was very eager to attend this year’s conference given the amazing time I had last year, and while the conference started off slow for me, it definitely ended with a bang. I learned a few things about myself and what I wanted to do throughout the course of the past few days at Blissdom Canada, and here they are in no particular order:
Let’s get this out of the way right now – I have a thing for Jordan Knight. In the purely ‘he’s so dreamy and I feel like I’m 16 when I see him, but I’m not crazy I swear’ sort of way.
Well you know the fall TV season is upon us when the first new show gets the official axe! Yesterday The Playboy Club became the first new show of the fall season to officially get cancelled. And while I’m not surprised - mostly because as someone on twitter pointed out Eddie Cibrian was due for a little lesson in karma - I am a bit sad because I actually liked that show.
Who wants to join my TV club?! (please say this in your best ‘Rachel from Big Brother ‘who wants to see my HOH room?’ voice). OK, so we’ve been talking about it for a few weeks now, this whole TV club thing, and I think I have finally figured out a way to make it work.
Today is my birthday. My 39th birthday. Which means that my husband has exactly 365 days to plan a really kick ass 40th birthday party. But no pressure. Originally I thought that today would consist of me hosting Daytime Ottawa again, but we all know that didn’t happen, and I’m ok with that.
