The "Friends" Reunion You've Been Waiting for is HERE

...and other pop culture stories you may have missed this week

The cast of Friends Reunites for Tribute Show | YummyMummyClub.ca

It's been 12 years since Friends ended its run. So how does it make sense that the stars of the show - all six of them - still look as good or better? I'm thinking the million dollars per episode paycheques went a long ways towards rare unicorn foreskin skin serums, because it just doesn't make sense. At any rate, you'll be able to get a closer look at the Friends crew on Sunday, February 21 on NBC when the network hosts a tribute to James Burrows, the long-time principal director of Friends (and other incredible shows we've grown up and old with). The special also features reunions of cast member from other popular Burrows shows, like Will & Grace, Cheers, Mike & Molly, Taxi and pretty much every other show you loved between the early 80s and, well, now.

While it may not be a full-on reunion (Matthew Perry is absent; he's away at a London stage production and could not get away) we do get some great Q&A from Bravo's Andy Cohen, who asks the group the personal questions we've all been wondering since the show's inception in - wait for it - 1994. That's over 20 years, two kids, several neck creases, and one career change ago.

It's obvious how much fondness the stars have for Burrows. Jennifer Aniston says of the director in the clip below,"We would do anything for Jim Burrows because he really gave us the opportunity of a lifetime. We experienced friendship, family, heartbreak, babies, everything, together. And we also had a wonderful experience with the world loving us as well."

Anyone looking to catch up on the series — or simply rewatch iconic episodes like "Joey and the Jam Jar" or "Who Done Knocked Rachel Up" can get a serious binge watch in this weekend because all 10 seasons are available on Netflix. If you start now, you may make it to Monica's lasagna meltdown by the time the tribute airs Sunday.
