For the better part of the last two decades, I've been cooking and tasting my way through life. I love eating good food. I love making it even more. To me, there is no better feeling than serving up a meal and watching people purr with enjoyment as they inhale it.

By day, Gav is VP at a software company. By night he is busy cooking up a storm, exploring culinary adventures, watching copious amounts of Food Network, drinking a nice red wine, training for half-marathons, playing endless amounts of hockey, and being a dad to three awesome taste-testers—not necessarily in that order.
