Four-stage Model of Sexual Response

Sex research duo Masters and Johnson studied more than 10,000 orgasms

In the 1950s and 60s, Masters and Johnson studied sexual function in 700 people who agreed to have their sex or self-pleasure watched under close scientific scrutiny.

The researchers measured bodily responses and studied the vagina during orgasm by placing a camera in a clear plastic penis.

Think Sex Addiction is Real? Think Again

Sexual addiction is an easy and convenient label for a very complicated problem

I believe it was the media frenzy surrounding the Tiger Woods’ scandal that made sex addiction ‘real’ to people. Ironically the poster boy for sex addiction, Tiger Woods, doesn’t have a sex addiction: massive ego and poor judgment certainly; a sex addiction, certainly not.

The Kama Sutra is a Dull Read

If you've read the original Kama Sutra cover to cover it's an incredibly dull and tedious book.

Ask anyone to name a sex book and The Kama Sutra  will inevitably be in their top five. The irony of the original Kama Sutra is if you've read it cover to cover, which I have, it's an incredibly dull and tedious book.
