So as with every passing holiday season, the holiday music category continues to expand with new releases.
Here are some new tracks and albums to check out and add to that ever growing playlist...
Paper Jamz Instant Rockstar Guitars and Drums have taken the world by storm, becoming instant best-sellers. The product was named “Best New Toy” at the European Toy Fair and they've launched in North America to rave reviews.
Bottom line, kids LOVE them, just ask 'Scene and Heard Mummy', Kelli Daisy, they made her list of Top 12 Toys.
One of my all time favourite sites to spend hours just browsing is Etsy....if nothing else it clearly shows me how not crafty I am.
It has 1000s of homemade original gift ideas perfect for your music loving Tween or Teen.
Last week on Facebook I got this message from Nancy - a friend of mine, we met back during the radio days and she's all about the music too...
Hey, C. Have you seen this site? They sell guitar string bracelets made from guitar strings that were used by artists. They vary in price and it's also a fundraising site. I would love a John Mayer or Jason Mraz, but they're a little outta my price range. Cool gift though for the music hound in the family.
Last week @YMCBuzz asked me on Twitter if I was going to do a list of musical gift suggestions again this for the holiday season...because as Natalie put it, "Tweens and teens are so hard to buy for..."

Consuelo Bernardi is a 30-something mummy of two. She can't play an instrument or sing a tune in key but is still obsessed with music. After a five year hiatus from the radio business she's back on the air doing weekends on Majic 100, Today's Soft Rock in Ottawa.
Still she always found the time to listen to music and make it a huge part of her life. She has more CDs than she cares to count and her monthly downloading bill for her iPod? Don’t even go there. Music truly is food for her soul. Plus secretly she’s always wanted to be a wannabe rock star...a girl can dream.
So take a minute from your day and crank up the volume. Motherhood isn't always pretty but at least your music will be hot.
