This up and coming independent singer/songwriter is about to prove that dreams really can come true.
Rebecca Raabis has come a long way fast. Defying all adversity, the self taught starlet is already making major waves, catapulting from church choir to opening for bands like Marianas Trench and Down with Webster. She most recently performed in Toronto for the 16th annual Honey Jam all female showcase—all within a mere four years of picking up the guitar. Her raw talent, love of life, and stories from the heart prove the sky's the limit.
For the past year she has been busy working on her craft and playing local shows, as well as preparing to release her first studio recording "RUN."

For most people the start of the New Year means making resolutions (which, for the record, will probably be broken by the first week of January).
But for me it's all about taking the time and carefully reviewing and revising my Top 5 Laminated List...aka the 'freebie' list.
Because as Ross on Friends so eloquently stated "Ah, the heart of every healthy relationship: Honesty, respect, and sex with celebrities."
Priorities people...it's all about priorities and playing the odds.

Alternate: Michael Bublé (Yes Michael got moved down to an alternate this year. Why? He is still ridiculously sigh worthy and oh so hawt but my husband has a man crush - full out bromance - with him...so I didn't want to hurt my husband's feelings. I am SO freakin' selfless.)
I believe this year's seection is a perfectly crafted list with some really good variety.
Don't want to brag but I gotta say...I did good.
