Banana Oatmeal Superpower Bars

Free of the Top 8 Allergens!

Allergen-free banana oatmeal superpower bars
These nutrient-packed superpower bars are a great breakfast-on-the-run option, or make fantastic snacks. They're free of the top 8 allergens, too.
 
They're crispy, chewy, sweet and tart . . . they're pretty super.
 
Ingredients:

3 overripe bananas
2 1/2 cups large flake oats 
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbs vegan chocolate chips (optional)
3 tbs hemp hearts
3 tbs chia seeds

Alternative:

Substitute 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries for one of the bananas. So delicious!
 

 Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9×9 baking dish.

 Mix all ingredients in one large bowl until combined.
 
 Pour into baking dish and gently pat down the mixture.
 
 Bake for 30 minutes or until edges start to brown. Let cool, then cut into triangles to serve.
