I chop all vegetables in the food processor; saving time and energy when I cook.
I group according to the size of pieces I want and adjust the slicer as I go. Also, I save smelly veggies—like onions and garlic—for last so if I am making several dishes, they don't all take on the same aroma.
I hope others try this time-saver because I love it and it has really sped up the dinner-making process, and clean up, too!
